Shipping

We offer fast and reliable shipping to ensure that you receive your makeup products as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via our trusted delivery partners. You can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

For your convenience, we offer free shipping on all orders over 1000 EGP. For orders under 1000EGP, a flat rate shipping fee of 60EGP-100EGP will be applied at checkout depending on your location.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Laqué. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you and provide a replacement or refund.

For all other returns, we accept items within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team through a direct message on Instagram or an e-mail with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that the refund may not be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. We offer money transfer refunds through instapay or other methods available to customer.
